Acknowledgement of Country
The people, pee, and poo of the Pootopia project are guests on Aboriginal Country in the Illawarra. We are grateful to the Wadi Wadi people and to Dharawal Country for taking care of this place forever, before we came along and started ruining the soil. We will try to express our gratitude by making a small contribution of soil back again through our creative environmental and social practices.

About the name of this magazine.
A tip of the toilet bowl to the incredible Jess Scully, after whose book “Glimpses of Utopia” this humble magazine has been cheekily named. Seriously, check out Jess’ book, it makes a great read while you’re sitting on the loo, contemplating a better future.
